3. The dimensions & specifications shown in images are indications only and it is the customer’s responsibility to check when ordering
4. Order confirmation is only complete once you the customer have agreed the plan and at that point it is final, any changes or differences will be charged.
5. A deposit is taken at the time of order confirmation and the balance is settled 24hours before delivery.
6. Stock items or featured products can usually be delivered within a few days however unusual demands or non stock items can take longer
7. We reserve the right to alter or modify materials, sizes & dimensions to improve our quality, manufacturing and packing
8. Standard delivery is a kerbside delivery only
9. Log cabins must be on a flat, level, square base which must be arranged by the customer.
10. Planning issues and site location suitability is the customers responsibility we can only offer general advice.
